-WSD-Personal Activation Email Redirects (QT-423)

When an account is created for a new agent in the admin panel, the URL provided in the activation email redirects users to WeSeeDo Direct, regardless of whether the account is intended for WeSeeDo Personal. Customers attempting to activate their accounts are redirected to WeSeeDo Direct, where they are prompted to set a password. However, upon setting the password, they encounter issues logging in to either WSD-Direct or WSD-Personal. It says there’s no account.

This situation leads to confusion among users, requiring them to undergo a password reset process and receive detailed instructions on how to activate their accounts correctly. This process is time-consuming and frustrating for both users and administrators.

The current system behavior allows a logged user, particularly one with lower access roles such as a dealer or reseller, to view users that are not owned by the customer in question. Furthermore, the user can see users that are not even within its role or hierarchy.

Expected Result:

Upon filtering and navigating to the next page, the system should enforce restrictions, ensuring that the logged user only sees users owned by the specific customer associated with the details page. Additionally, the user should not have visibility into users that fall outside its ownership parameters, providing a more secure and aligned user experience.
