On the 10th of October, 2021, WeSeeDo version 2021.42 was released.

MFA integration in administrative portal

A change was implemented where MFA is now configurable for customers. If enabled, administrative users can be forced to configure MFA. The MFA configuration dialog will be shown the first time the user logs in after enabling this setting. The user cannot perform any operations until MFA configuration is completed successfully.

MFA integration in products

A change was implemented where MFA is now configurable for product users (agents, assistants). If enabled, product users can be forced to configure MFA. The MFA configuration dialog will be shown the first time the user logs in after enabling this setting. The user cannot perform any operations until MFA configuration is completed successfully.

Custom SMTP server

It is now possible to send emails using your own SMTP server. These settings can be configured in the administrative portal when editing a customer.
